Elise is passionate about teaching others how to expand their own lives explaining, “At one point or another we all experience deeply challenging times, whether it be physical, mental or emotional. The Expansive Living Process isn’t about dismissing life’s difficulties, it’s about finding moments of peace and joy in amongst it all.

Despite the many personal challenges Elise has faced over the years, including a long journey with anxiety and chronic health conditions, Elise strongly believes that if we can hold this philosophy in our awareness and focus on bringing beauty and reverence into everyday moments, we will live a life that is both rich and deeply fulfilling, something she has experienced firsthand.
